How can I transfer music from iPhone 6 to iPhone 7

I bought the iPhone 7 and I'm trying to transfer the music I downloaded from my iPhone 6 to my 7. I've read online that I need to enable "iCloud Music Library" but when I went into my settings > music, there wasn't an option to turn it on.

How do I fix this problem?

btw, my laptop doesn't support iTunes (it's a chromebook).

iPhone 7, iOS 10

Do you have an Apple Music subscription? The iCloud Music Library option is only available with an active subscription, however there are other ways to move/match your music if the account doesn't have an active subscription!

If your purchases are through iTunes, you can automatically and easily download them on any device. Once downloaded, they'll sort into your library.

If your music is from stores other than iTunes or imported from CDs, that complicates things. Since iTunes isn't compatible with Chromebooks, you'd likely need to find another machine you can install iTunes on to move your music through a sync. If another device isn't available, the Apple Music free trial is good for three months - plenty of time to try it out and move your music!
